Lucas with Total Comfort Group, diagnosed our central AC issue pretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Andrew was my service technician. Found the issue with caste iron pipe. Total satisfaction with work performed.
Jackson Potter was my technician and fixed our leak in the basement garage. Jackson also is familiar with our condo association and does outstanding work.
Josh Allen was my technician today for my condo complex. They resolved the issue and determined which unit caused the water damage.
July 30 - Sam P. Where’s my technician today and exchanged out two pumps and got our basement cleared of water. Outstanding service as usual. I highly recommend Zippy Drain and their technicians.
June 4 - Total Comfort and Zippy drain are consistently good and provide great service. Most recently they provided two estimates for work to be done at my condo association. They are our preferred vendor and very reliable and dependable. The office staff is also very good and you always get a live person when calling. As treasurer of my condo association, I highly recommend this outstanding company!

Matt did a fantastic job getting my field tile cleaned out by jetting it. The blockage was only 20 ft from the clean out, but Matt ran 500ft to make sure there wasn't any other areas of concern. Great company!
