From start to finish we were very impressed.

The office called to make sure of the time and date. Mitch came to do the work on our AC unit and did a great job. He even went outside to hose off our unit due to Cottonwood build up. Nice work all the way around!

The technician arrived on time, thoroughly inspected everything, and provided photos of his work. Scheduling with the office was easy, and they accommodated my preferred time. After the job was finished, they called to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

From start to finish, Total Comfort Group was great to work with.

Gavin did a great job for the initial inspection and Zee Lu was great today with the install. They were knowledgeable and answered our questions. There was great communication with the front office also as we worked with our warranty company.
