Went above and beyond

Lucas with Total Comfort Group, diagnosed our central AC issue pretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to remove a small nuisance mulberry bush behind our outdoor unit and cleaned the sides of it. He replaced the needed part and also made a recommendation

Very polite and answered all our questions

Mitch Muffler texted us to let us know he was on the way, well inside the scheduled time period. He diagnosed the problem quickly and after acquiring the required part, he had us up and running in short order. Mit was very polite and answered all our questions.

They came in considerably less than the other 4 bids I had on a full furnace/AC replacement. Everybody I’ve communicated with during the process is A+++!
