Very polite and answered all our questions

Mitch Muffler texted us to let us know he was on the way, well inside the scheduled time period. He diagnosed the problem quickly and after acquiring the required part, he had us up and running in short order. Mit was very polite and answered all our questions.

Understanding and thorough in solving our problem

We’ve had a reoccurring noise, a rattling sound, that has been going on for months. Through a process of elimination, Gavin was able to pinpoint the cause and fix the issue. Gavin was very understanding and thorough in solving our problem.

TCG is the best

After my move from Sioux City, IA, it took a while to find companies that I felt I could rely on and trust.  I have had the pleasure of using Total Comfort Group for my heating and air conditioning yearly inspections.  Technicians are friendly and very professional, my favorite is Mitch.  He has done the most inspections at my home.  He's friendly, very helpful and takes the time to answer my questions (as I usually have some).
